Enter your RCA Username and Password. For all ITEMSS users, enter your PIN+RSA code. For Government users, enter your PIN.
Note: If it is your first time visiting the A-IDE site as a Government User, you will be prompted to change the default PIN. After entering
and confirming your new PIN, the site will redirect you back to the login screen.
